Terms & Conditions
1.Due to us attending wedding and trade shows where we cannot keep our stock levels up to date please call if your order is urgent before placing it.
2. All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock that was showing as in stock we shall advise you within 24 hours.
3. Items that are out of stock or special order items are normally dispatched within 5 working days of placing your order.
4. All orders are posted 1st class recorded unless courier service is requested. Courier delivery items will be collected from us the day after the order is processed.
5. We currently only ship to the UK.
7. Please advise us of any damages or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any damaged items will be posted out upon receipt of the damaged item. We will also refund the return postage
8. We reserve the right to cancel any orders which have been placed. This applies to orders which have been placed where there were errors in the website or workings of the website. This applies to all errors including pricing of items, errors in postage rates and techinal errors.
9. Payments made by cheque will be posted after the cheques clear which for us will be considered as 10 working days.
10. Personalised items or items containing photographs, prints are not refundable.
